Overall Rulebook for the SEAT Super Cups!
The Serious Stuff
Rule Following
- The rules stated below must be adhered to at all times, and failure to do so will result in a disqualified result, or in extreme circumstances, a series or even a “Online Motorsports” temporary or permanent ban.
- This championship is Pro and Casual Championship.
Championship Information + Race Day
- Race formats will be organised in the majority, of a qualifying session for each race followed by the race. The Qualifying will be 4 laps, lap one will be to warm-up tyres and to get into space, lap two and three will be your hot laps where your fastest time will position you on the grid, lap four is a cool down lap were everyone pulls over at the last corner and lap times get recorded. Points are scored on the results.
- This is going to be followed by 2x10 Lap races, providing some awesome racing.
- The second Race will be a Reverse Grid order within your lobby.
- Race organizers word is final, and when decisions are made they must be followed.
- If members post the Race Replay on their storefront then we will try to get some Race Highlights.
Eligibility To Race
- You have Entered the Seat Super Cup “Championship Sign-up”
- You must be running the number box’s that will be on the Admins/Moderators Storefront
- Make sure you have one of the Admins on your Friend’s list.
Lobby Settings
- Traction Control: OPTIONAL
- Antilock brakes: OPTIONAL
- Stability: OFF
- Damage: Cosmetic
- Collisions: On
- Auto brake not allowed
Safety Cars
- Should 3 or more be involved in a collision, the safety car may be called.
- The safety car is the person in the lead, and if called, must slow down to allow competitors to catch-up.
- If repairs for anyone are needed, they must be allowed to pit and catch-up the back of the pack.
- When in saftey card mode you can close up to the person in front of you. Once there drop to gear 2 and max it out this will allow of a clean and fair restart.
- Once it is clear and all the racers are caught up and in single file, the lead car can floor it whenever they like, but have to have a count down...3...2...1...GO!
- We may allow restarts that is only if there are 3 cars involved in a accident on the first two corners. This only apples to the first two corners of the first lap.
